It is always a privilege to be part of the ANZAC Day Eve pre game tribute to those lost, who have served and for the soldiers who are still in active service. The eternal flame at the Shrine of Remembrance was used to light our torch which was ridden in to the the MCG by the Creswick Light Horse Troop consisting of 30 horses. The torch was then passed on to the Baird Family, the parents of one of our fallen soldiers, to light the cauldron which would remain burning for the entire match. LEST WE FORGET.
